Grace has worked with leading East of England theatres as both a practitioner and director, and has extensive teaching experience across all education levels, including course leadership on a BA (Hons) programme. She is committed to empowering performers and ensuring young voices are central to her work.

Jess trained at East 15 Acting School and is an actor, director, and facilitator with extensive experience across theatre and education. She has worked with regional organisations including Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds and the New Wolsey Theatre, as well as delivering alternative education programmes for young people. With a diverse range of skills and experience, Jess is passionate about helping young people grow in confidence and creativity. Her broad experience enables her to design bespoke workshops and tailored tutoring, with a particular passion for supporting young actors in their journey into drama school.
